Ski and winter sports jacket
The Women's Summit Stimson Futurelight Jacket from The North Face is an excellent ski jacket. The fabric is waterproof, so rain, snow and sleet will be kept at bay. The outer material is also water repellent thanks to the PFC-free DWR coating. The overalls have an articulated fit and are designed for skiing. They feature a helmet-compatible, adjustable hood and a high stand-up collar to protect your head and neck. The material is also breathable, so you won't overheat even during tough activities.
Clever, functional details
The slightly raised front pockets allow you to close the waist belt of your backpack. Plus, there are no shoulder seams to prevent friction. The raglan sleeves along with the underarm inserts allow your arms to move freely. Another great feature includes the underarm zips that offer ventilation when you get too warm. Hook-and-loop fasteners on the cuffs and the drawstring hem to adjust the fit perfectly complete the jacket.
