With the Brilliant Jacket, the French alpine specialists from Salomon have a product in their range that really lives up to its name! Thanks to AdvancedSkin Dry technology, it has all the features that are important for long, strenuous days on the slopes: it is waterproof (hydrostatic head 20,000mm) and highly breathable (20,000g/m2/24h) so that you can still step on the gas and have fun even in nasty weather conditions! And because the fabric is also windproof, the dreaded wind chill effect also loses its terror. A PFC-free DWR (durable water repellent) coating on the outside makes it permanently water repellent. The PrimaLoft Black Eco insulation ensures that you stay nice and warm even in low temperatures. The hood is adjustable in three dimensions.
Great fit, smart details
The sporty, body-hugging slim fit ensures a super fit, which is further emphasised by the 4-way stretch of the fabric and the pre-shaped sleeves. A drawstring in the seam also allows you to adjust it to your needs. Unlike natural down, PrimaLoft insulation made from recycled polyester can be compressed at will and is a grateful, hard-wearing material that keeps you warm even when damp. Taped seams prevent wind and moisture from penetrating even in these neuralgic areas, and in two zipped front and front respectively. Chest pockets allow you to transport important items without losing them.
