The Fanes Sarner Hybrid Jacket from Salewa combines modern insulation performance with alpine tradition. In the torso area, high-quality 90/10 duck down with a fill power of 750 cuin provides plenty of warmth at a low weight, while the sleeves are made from traditional Sarner wool knit. This body mapping concept effectively keeps your upper body warm while utilising the durable, weather-resistant properties of wool in areas subject to high levels of movement. The result is a jacket that feels just as comfortable on alpine treks as it does in cold weather during everyday life.
Freedom of movement and protection in alpine conditions
The Fanes Sarner Hybrid Jacket is designed for active use. Ergonomic shoulders and gussets in the sleeves allow for natural, unrestricted movement. The lightweight, windproof outer fabric provides reliable protection against cold draughts, while the insulated hood offers additional protection in changing conditions. A full-length wind flap behind the front zip prevents the cold from penetrating, which is a noticeable advantage, especially during breaks or in exposed terrain.
With RDS-certified down and practical front pockets
The RDS-certified down used comes from controlled supply chains, while Sarner wool is traditionally processed in Italy.
