I strongly advise against buying this product. The jacket is faulty by design and it is something that RAB knows well.
The key problem is that the seams that holds the pockets are not taped properly. This means that water will enter via the seams into the pockets and make your phone swim. Not really what you expect from a Gore-Tex jacket or a company like RAB.
To my surprise RAB presented a level of arrogance when filing this issue that I have never experienced before. To me it is clear, if you market products as waterproof that includes the pockets.

Well. According to RAB this model is designed in this way, with no tape on the inside of the pockets. This concerns both the horizontal seam that run across the chest and the vertical. All together this amounts to 40-50 cm of untapped seams on each of the pocket. That is clearly a problem on a jacket that the manufacturer rate as waterproof 5/5.
I advise you to have a proper look at the jacket.
