On the one hand, this is thanks to waterproof materials that ensure the inside of the jacket stays comfortably dry, even when it rains. On the other hand, moisture is quickly wicked away from the inside to the surface, where it can evaporate. If that is not enough, you can manually provide ventilation by opening the underarm zips.
