In rehabilitation, the TheraBand Flexible Exercise Bar is primarily used to strengthen the hands and wrists as well as the forearms and shoulders: it strengthens the muscles and stabilises the joints. With these effects, however, the training device is also ideal for climbers and boulderers! This means you can conveniently continue your climbing training at home away from the wall. The compact TheraBand Flexible Exercise Bar sits securely and lightly in the hands. Finally, different resistance levels provide different training effects: yellow – extra light, red – light, green – medium, blue – heavy.
