Produktbeskrivning
Give your versatile Atago even more cooking options with the Atago Grillplatte from Petromax, a traditional Spanish-style plancha with thoughtful design details. Made in Germany from 3 mm thick, oiled steel, it has different temperature zones for excellent cooking results. Sizzle hearty meat dishes to juicy perfection while grilled vegetables or spicy prawns stay warm around the cooler edges, ready to serve. With use, the plate develops a patina that provides a natural non-stick surface and improves each time you cook. To get this started, season the plate thoroughly before its first use.
The opening in the centre makes it easy to add more wood or charcoal. With its flat profile and slot-together support frame, the plate is easy to stow in a car or van, giving you a versatile cooking and grilling station for any trip into the great outdoors.
The handles make it easy to carry your Atago Grillplatte to your chosen grilling spot. When you've finished cooking, simply lift off the plate to use the Atago as a central fire pit.
