Produktbeskrivning
Professional-standard search and rescue operations for avalanches
The Rescue Set Focus Pro from Ortovox is an avalanche beacon kit that enables the search for avalanche victims to be carried out quickly and professionally. It includes the Focus Pro avalanche beacon, the Probe Alu 280 avalanche probe and the Pro Guide avalanche shovel.
The Focus Pro avalanche beacon
The first component is the Focus Pro avalanche beacon, which enables unrivalled speed and efficiency in avalanche rescue. With its high performance, innovative professional features and patented safety technology, it is designed to meet the most demanding requirements. Its enormous scope and the intuitive overview provided by the 'Overview' and scrolling functions ensure maximum search speed.
In more complex scenarios, the search strip width can be reduced and various sound and speech modes can be activated. If you find yourself buried, the patented Smart Antenna technology and a standby mode with post-avalanche switching ensure a quicker and easier search. All in all, the Focus Pro sets the high-end standard amongst avalanche beacons!
The Probe Alu 280
This lightweight yet durable aluminium probe is the second item in the set. Thanks to a PFA quick-release system and the steel cable tensioning system, its 44 cm-long segments extend to their full length of 280 cm in a flash. This, together with practical features such as the visual guidance system, enables very quick and precise probing. All in all, the probe combines intuitive handling with high effectiveness, whilst remaining very lightweight and compact.
The Pro Guide Avalanche Shovel
This medium-sized, high-performance adze, designed for professional use on long tours, is the final item in the set. With its large surface area, it clears away a lot of snow in a short space of time. Additional features include an insertion aid for quick assembly, a telescopic shaft and a 90-degree clearing function.
Key benefits:
- Top-of-the-range avalanche beacon for professional use
- A lightweight aluminium probe that is quick and easy to use
- Sturdy avalanche shovel for quick digging
