Attaching the bike bag...

I enjoy your shop an now I am back.
I never intended to tell anuthing, but since you are asking I will give the feedback below.
We had a fantastisc summer including bike packing. But on the very first day the Ortlieb bag broke in the attachment.
Loaded to app half of the limit and riding normally for less than 30 minutes was enough for the brace to break.
In order not to destroy the vacation we repaired it ourselves by replacing the brace with one from KlickFix - since then it has worked just perfect
