Wrap a measuring tape around the widest part of your head. This is typically:
About 1 inch (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows
Just above your ears
Around the back of your head at the point that sticks out the most
Keep It Level
Make sure the tape is level all the way around your head—not tilted up or down.
Take the measurement and refer to the size chart.
Please note that the information is a guide for your head circumference but this does not guarantee the helmet will suit your head shape.
