I really like this when bouldering indoors, doesn't tip over like a small bag will - even if one was to fall or jump down right beside it.
The fleece/felt inside is really nice and soft - a good detail.
If folded up tight it will keep all the chalk inside if you roll the top and close the clips around the bottom of the bag. Although it will puff out as you press it to close the bag.
