If you’re looking for lightweight poles made of reliable materials for trail running, then you’ve got to check out the Cross Trail Lite TA trail running poles from Leki. They’re super easy to adjust thanks to the clip closures that only require a single movement, so you can easily find the height that suits you and the terrain while running. Plus, they can be folded down to a small size for easy transport.
Adjustable wrist straps
To ensure a good power transfer and to propel you forwards, the poles are equipped with adjustable wrist straps. These have large holes to let the air flow through, preventing your hands from getting sweaty and sticky. They’re completed by durable tips that provide good grip on a wide variety of surfaces.
The advantages at a glance:
- Adjustable and lightweight trail running poles
- Long grips for flexibility
