Sandals for use outdoors and around water, you say? Why not? The Keen Newport H2 are tough enough for the trails, can be used in water and they'll provide you with just the right amount of comfort! The waterproof polyester fabric is lined with a specially treated Aegis Microbe Shield lining that serves to prevent the growth of bacteria and fungus and thus unpleasant odours. What's more, the sandals are perfectly equipped for use around water, so nothing will stand in the way of your walks along the beach or canoe tours! For an optimal fit and just the right amount of support, the sandals have a pre-shaped EVA footbed with a microbe treatment and a compression moulded EVA midsole for cushioning. The footbed will conform to the shape of your feet, thereby delivering optimal comfort and a great fit. Using the quick-lacing system, you can make precise adjustments to the over all fit of the Newport H2. For grip on both wet and dry surfaces, the shoe has been equipped with a high-traction rubber outsole with strategically placed lugs. What's more, the Newport outdoor sandals feature a patented toe cap as well for protection from rocks and debris. So, not only will you have the ventilation and comfort of a sandal, but you'll also get the protection you need off the beaten path.
