For this compact water filter, Katadyn used only the very best technology, making it perfect for your backcountry adventure. For safe water purification and delicious refreshment on the trails!
All you need to do is make a quick pit stop at a stream in order to pump one litre of water per minute through the filter. The filter will remove any bacteria and protozoa down 0.2 microns. The system is supported by activated carbon granulate, which absorbs chemicals such as chlorine and pesticides and reduces unpleasant tastes. The Quick Connect Fittings for easy installation of hoses and the easy-to-use hand pump make it easy to access your filtered water - the smartest way to filter your water on the go!

Great water purifier. Used it this summer in hikes in Sweden. The weather was really hot and i had to take water from lakes. The filter made it simple to quickly fill my bottles. The water felt fresh and the taste was good without any strange taste. I also filtered water from a well were the water tasted a lot from iron. The taste of iron disappeared to a large extent.
The product is fairly bulky compared to some filters. On the other hand it felt really effective for three people.
