A tent for 3 - the Hilleberg Anjan 3! The tunnel tent from the Swede's three-season Yellow Series boasts both great materials as well as well-though-out features. The Kerlon 1000 outer tent fabric is the perfect example of the quality of this tent, as it provides reliable protection in all sorts of weather! Plus, the outer tent is resistant to tear propagation. What's more, the inner tent has a very robust floor and mesh areas, which keep the tent well ventilated. The ventilation is aided by the arched shape of the outer tent, which allows for optimal air exchange. In addition, the entire front and back walls can be completely opened and rolled up, which is certainly a great feature on extremely hot days.
The tent comes with very sturdy 9 mm DAC poles, which will provide the necessary stability so that the tent won't collapse as a result of strong winds. What's more, Hilleberg has redesigned this model and replaced the dual opening sleeves with single opening pole sleeves for quicker pitching, especially in adverse conditions. Four pegs are enough for a quick pitch of the tent, so the tent will be up and ready to go in no time, even if you get surprised by a rain shower in the process. The inner and outer tent are attached for quicker pitching but can be used separately as well.
Thanks to the tunnel design, the tent offers maximum space for both a trio of travellers and their gear. Regardless of the type of journey you're planning, the Hilleberg Anjan 3 is a really versatile tent that boasts that Hilleberg quality we've come to know and respect!

It works great and easy to pitch.
The flysheet could be a bit closer to the ground during rain and heavy wind.
I've used mine for ten years, a few times each year, quality is superb.
The storage bag is quite big. I always pack the poles separately, if you do that the tent is very compact to pack compact.
Its lovely to open up the front completely, rolling away the vestibule flysheet on both sides, giving you a fantastic view from inside. You need a bit of extra line for this.
Quite similar to the Nallo, the Nallo has flysheet all the way to the ground and vents instead, meaning a bit warmer, more humid inside. That could be good or bad, depending on season/place.
