Mountaineers who hang out in the mountains all year round, climbing, skiing an ice climbing, just love simple but clever little things that make their lives easier. And we're sure every single one of them absolutely despises adjusting the leg loops on their harness when they have to switch into bulkier winter clothes. All-round climbers know all too well how annoying it can be to have to constantly make adjustments after ice climbing so that they can train at the gym or following a spring ski tour for a glacier mountaineering adventures in a place like Kalymnos. Or just constantly alternating between indoor and outdoor climbing because of bad weather. Well, those times are over thanks to the Ophir Speedfit von Mammut! This harness is tailored to the female anatomy and thus incredibly comfortable to wear. Plus, it boasts quite a few excellent features. For example, it is equipped with the Speedfit adjustment system, which allows you to adjust the size of the leg loops in a matter of seconds by sliding the Speedfit buckle along the load-bearing webbing. You'll no longer have to deal with the webbing getting in your way resulting in more and more time-consuming adjustments. It doesn't get any simpler than that!

The climbing harness is equipped with two-part webbing technology for optimal comfort, since this allows forces to be evenly distributed over the entire harness. Thus, you'll be able hang for longer periods without the harness pinching. Plus, this technology keeps the weight of the harness to a minimum as well, and the perforated foam padding and mesh serve to provide better breathability. Like all Mammut harnesses, the Mammut Ophir Speedfit for women is equipped with a plastic tie-in protector that prevents abrasion damage as well as the indicator webbing on the belay loop. The indicator works as follows: The polyamide sheaths around the loops have a different colour than the red core. If the red core is visible, the material needs to be replaced immediately.
